We do not guarantee that every customer will achieve identical results, as results may depend on materials, recipes, techniques, environmental conditions, equipment, skill level, and application methods.
Product descriptions, specifications, packaging, designs, quantities, availability, and prices may be modified without prior notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities available to any customer, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Products must be used according to their intended purpose, product instructions, and applicable safety requirements.
Food-contact products, food color products, molds, piping tools, and other decorating supplies should be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable food safety laws and regulations.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Juliana’s Zefir.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, product availability, shipping restrictions, or suspected unauthorized resale.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.
If we cancel or materially modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or phone number provided with your order.

All sales are final except where otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
Our products may be purchased for personal or professional use.
Using our molds, piping tips, decorating tools, color systems, or other products in your own bakery, cake decorating business, confectionery business, craft business, or other professional activity is permitted.
However, unless we provide prior written authorization, you may not:
- resell or redistribute our products as your own branded products;
- represent yourself as the manufacturer, creator, or owner of Juliana’s Zefir products;
- reproduce or commercially replicate our proprietary product designs;
- remove, replace, or alter our branding in order to resell products as your own;
- use our original photographs, graphics, packaging artwork, instructions, educational materials, or proprietary product designs for commercial reproduction.
Wholesale purchases, distribution arrangements, or resale authorization must be approved by us in writing in advance.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for an item will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may apply.
Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and added during checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise expressly stated.

If an order is returned to us because the customer supplied an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.

- product names;
- original floral designs;
- silicone mold designs;
- piping concepts and flower designs;
- product photographs;
- videos;
- graphics;
- packaging artwork;
- written instructions;
- educational materials;
- recipes and instructional content where applicable;
- course materials;
- product descriptions;
- website design and layout;
- downloadable materials;
- illustrations;
- promotional materials;
- proprietary decorating techniques;
- proprietary product configurations.
Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, the Services and their materials are provided for personal viewing and legitimate use of purchased products only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, commercially exploit, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative commercial products from, publicly display, transmit, scrape, download for redistribution, or otherwise use protected materials without prior written permission.
Without limiting the foregoing, you may not use our original floral designs, mold designs, instructional materials, photographs, graphics, videos, product packaging, or other proprietary materials to create substantially identical or commercially replicated products.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property rights associated with that product.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use the Juliana’s Zefir name, trademarks, logos, designs, proprietary content, or intellectual property except as expressly authorized.
“Juliana’s Zefir,” associated logos, product branding, product designs, and other identifying marks are trademarks or proprietary identifiers of Juliana’s Zefir or its licensors.
Shopify’s name, logos, product names, and trademarks belong to Shopify.
All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, applications, services, or functionality operated by third parties.
We do not necessarily monitor or control these third-party tools.
Such tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties, representations, or endorsements from us unless expressly stated.

Juliana’s Zefir is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Juliana’s Zefir.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Juliana’s Zefir and is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Juliana’s Zefir, except as otherwise required by applicable law or Shopify’s own terms.
To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising specifically from products purchased directly from Juliana’s Zefir.

We do not guarantee that a customer’s results using molds, piping tips, color systems, decorating tools, recipes, or other products will be identical to photographs, demonstrations, or examples because results depend on many variables outside our control.
Nothing in this Section excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Juliana’s Zefir and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services or products, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
